Account Setup
Getting started with PickleSync is quick and easy. Follow these steps to create your account and begin managing your pickleball programs:
- Visit picklesync.com and click the Sign Up button
- Enter your email address and create a secure password
- Verify your email by clicking the confirmation link sent to your inbox
- Complete your profile with your name, organization, and contact information
- Choose your subscription plan based on your program size
Once your account is verified, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can immediately start setting up your first program. The onboarding wizard will guide you through the essential configuration steps to get your program running quickly.
Subscription Plans
PickleSync offers flexible plans to accommodate programs of all sizes:
- Starter: Free for up to 20 players, perfect for small clubs and casual groups
- Club: $29/month for up to 100 players with full feature access
- League: $79/month for up to 500 players with advanced scheduling and analytics
- Enterprise: Custom pricing for large organizations with multiple programs
All plans include unlimited matches, automated notifications, and access to our Chrome extension. You can change plans or cancel anytime with no long-term commitment.
Installation Options
Web Application
The primary PickleSync platform is accessible through any modern web browser. Simply log in at app.picklesync.com to access your dashboard. No software installation is required.
Chrome Extension
For quick access to program management tools, install our Chrome extension:

chrome://extensions/
- Search for "PickleSync" in the Chrome Web Store
- Click Add to Chrome
- Pin the extension to your toolbar for easy access
- Sign in with your PickleSync credentials
The Chrome extension allows you to quickly check schedules, send notifications, and manage player availability without opening the full application.
